Please note our hire price re changing with immediate effect.

We have reviewed the hire fees at the Village Hall and have come to the conclusion we struggling to cover the additional utility costs associated with running the hall.

We have therefore drawn up new charging scheme for hiring the hall which can be found on our Fees & Charges page. These cost will come into effect immediately with exception of the change to Children's Party costs which will become effective from 1st January 2018.

With the increasing cost of utilities we have been unable to meet the cost of these services for events that use the hall so have decided that we need to raise the prices to meet these ever increasing costs.

In regards to the increase for Children's Parties we have identified that the single fee we currently charge would be better changed to an hourly fee so that our customers can decided on the duration of their hire within the time slots allocated for parties.

We appreciate and thank all our customers for their continued support of the hall and facilities

Welcome to Caerwent Playing Fields Association Website

Welcome to the new look website of the Caerwent Playing Fields Association Ltd.

The Playing Fields committee is made up of local volunteers who manage and maintain the Village Hall and adjacent playing field.

Events are organised throughout the year from car boot sales, to theatrical performances and the annual village show.

Money made from these events go towards the upkeep and maintenance of the hall and to provide equipment for community use.

The hall can be hired for private and public functions and details of costs are available on this site.

We will be using the website to publicise our events and to keep the local community up to date with news and activities ongoing locally.

We are a small group and rely on the goodwill of our members, and we are always looking for new members to join us with fresh ideas and suggestions.
